For an experienced licenced agent to become a Licensee in Charge they will need to hold a Diploma in Property (Agency Management). This Diploma course is available online or as a combination of workshops and online.

The successful completion of the Diploma of Property (Agency Management) will enable you to apply for a Class 1 licence (Licensee in Charge) from NSW Fair Trading.
